Return & Refund Policy – Ava’s Mode

At Ava’s Mode, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to assist you.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping details will be shared after your return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at stylixcare@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before proceeding.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
